I am at the UPS store in Dallas and just had the pleasure of waiting on the store managers wife at that store I told her about the rep.of the store ,I knew the store manager was fired because the cashier told me one day when shopping it .He is from Tenn.and trying to fix things we had a long talk about it , having just retired from 28 yrs at Home Depot I know how hard it is to find good help .The best thing we can do is give him feed back he can't change things if he doesn't know about them and it sounds like he wants to make it a good store .

We go to Awesome for everything other than the non-medicated starter. As long as they are there and continue to treat us like our business matters to them, we will not go anywhere else.

absolutely correct. My son in law always asks me why I am so quick to want to talk to the manager any time I have a problem. I try to tell him that I have decades of management experience, and I learned early on not to get caught by surprise. If there was a problem, I wanted to know about it. I couldn't fix what I didn't know about. Besides, it doesn't take long before you learn the difference in a real problem and a customer having a bad day, or who's

I saw your post before you pulled the trigger. I thought MAYBE I could have stopped you but I was too skeered to get between you and new eggs. I am still recovering from the last time I tried to intervene with a chicken addict. Do you people have ANY idea just how violent flower can be?
