YO GEORGIANS! :)

The 'wet' clicky breathing sounds like a respiratory problem which can take them very fast...you might want to get some meds in her quick if that's something you are interested in doing.
Yes. I have her isolated, vitamins in water. The only meds I have on hand are Tetracycline and some Vet Rx. I'm not sure of their ages, they only have feathers on their wings and a couple have some tail feathers beginning to peek through. I have no idea how to measure a dose for chicks that young.

@pdx2phx So, I just observed her drinking water. I noticed her stick her entire beak in. Which leads me to believe she's getting it in her nostrils. I know that is not good. One othe chick has sneezed a few times since last night after I separated the one. Neither has runny nose, or other signs of anything. I will monitor the situation closely and see how it goes. Both chicks energy levels are normal and they seem happy otherwise.

Thank you. I will. My suspicions are #1 that it is totally my fault (no way of really knowing, I just assume) and #2 it is a respiratory infection since one other seems to have followed suit but only mildly. I know they all got a bit heat stressed on the ride home. It was an 82 mile ride & when I checked them in their little box before we arrived home, many of them were panting. Then I was fighting with the brooder temp for their first day. Surely sticking her beak all the way into the water isn't helping her. I have marbles in the waterer to prevent that and/drowning, I just added more. Perhaps I didn't have enough to start with. I just checked her and she seems like a normal happy girl. I'm sure if it was a heat stress issue, that may explain the loss of the other baby. Perhaps she just didn't bounce back like the others. I really don't know for sure. Time will tell and I 'm sure due diligence won't hurt!
