I honestly doesn't know... Old English game?
Haven't you said this before?Hi newbies! I just hatched 14 chicks this weekend. I have 3 male Crested Cream Legbars for sale really cheap. I have two EE, two Silkie mixes, one pure Swedish Flower, and some other mixes. All $3. Some may be frizzles!
And, shoot me now! Just set 45 eggs in bator for a Fourth of July hatch! I WILL NOT PUT ANYMORE EGGS IN THE BATOR AFTER THIS!
Hi, sorry it has taken me a day to get back to you , super busy, I think % would be better and we can wager anything, since I really don't have a lot of spare money right now, quilting, wedding (son), chickens ........run it july/august weight turn in Aug 31st, so we have a few weeks to come up with wagers, throw out some ideasI would actually totally do this with you. I definitely need it! I don't have much in the way of money to wager though, what were you thinking? Percentage of weight lost or poundage number? What Time limit?
@GAMarans I saw a while back that (posted about a week ago?) about mealworm farms? I'm starting one myself soon. So if you don't want to, I'll be happy to share once mine's producing!
So I candled my eggs this morning in prep of setting them, and I only have two that are iffy, that I'm tempted to try incubating anyway.
One has a small spider crack, barely visible without candling even when I know it's there now. I didn't even see it last night.
The other has a loose air cell. I wouldn't bother, but that one is one of only six BLRW, which were what I was mainly after in this endevor.
Thoughts guys?
How much!! Seen as I keep getting babies from you!!! BTW they are doing wonderfulAND I also have a small coop/run (dog house type) that I'm selling. If anyone here is interested I'll cut you a BYC deal![]()
The chicks would fit great in there to grow out after a few weeks.![]()
I had a snake get into my old house and it scared my banty so bad she would not ever go back in I had to find her a new home and kept her and her babies in itHey y'all! Luck is running poor today. As it so happens, while I was fooling around on my phone learning my new chickie social outlet & out in my shop/barn, a snake made its way into my bantham coop. (I only had 2 since someone took it upon themselves to claim the other 4 & we had bonded.) Regardless, the snake decided to take out my sweet black barred-rock cochin bantie rooster. There was no saving him even tho he was kicking when I ran up. :'( Anyway, this left his lil life mate with traumatized & no companion. The reds & Cali whites I have, attacked the lil ones before, so I know I cant put her with them. What can I do to help her? Can she be a pet? Does she have to have other chickens or can a full time TSC employee be her flock companion? I am terrified to put her back in the bloody coop. Im also scared the shock messed her up and dont know what to do. I will prolly keep her with me at work tonight or my Boyfriend might take her with him until he picks me back up.
What can I do to help my favorite sweet snuggling baby?
pics please yes I'm interested for my DHBahahaa! A hen!
Welp, just sold off my Black Jersey Giant Roo. Anyone out there near Chatsworth interested in game hens? I am looking to trade them for laying hens or baby laying hens (as long as they no longer need a heat lamp).

Haven't you daid this BEFORE???![]()
