YO GEORGIANS! :)

Hello my dear friends !! I have a game we need to play called "Who's Your Daddy" here are the banty chicks that were hatched by the Java (solid black momma and was supposed to be fathered by a solid black Java roo) looks like somebody stepped out on somebody.

I just love this roo, and his crow is starting to sound better not so much like a strangled cat.

And here is an update on my Guineas, love these birds!!

white boy

this is the blue one and I'm pretty sure it's the only girl

you can see the helmet bumps starting

to me the waddles look like flesh hanging and it need to be cut off!!

my frizzled Rocky put in the batch for me!! I love her and she is one of 4 chickens that is in the guinea flock

Cackle's hatchery is having a last minute sale on their Guineas right now! I think their patterns are stunning. I wish I could have a few. Too loud for renters.

They are gorgeous! So glad you are happy with them! Wish there were more females for you, though.

my banty mom has hatched out some more but she has them in the shed behind some wood of course so I can't get a good look at them and I know she has 4 caught a glimpse as they ran to hide. but I will get them, their house is all ready and waiting for them.

Hmmm... guess we better call Maury! I bet he can get it settled. Maybe a forced chicken paternity test....

That's a really cool looking rooster, though! Love his fancy tail.

But those Guineas, though! Totally jealous! The more I see them, the more I want to add some around here too! So cool!

edited to add: Geez! Could I sound any more more redundant? Though. LOL

Oh how I wish I knew what birds made this cockerel that i have. He is a gorgeous bird (think crele-ish) and has the weirdest thing going on with is legs ... one leg is a light gray and is feathered. The other leg is a pale orangish color and is bare. He's my little Freakenstein bird. LOL

Oh, c'mon now! You gotta post a photo! He sounds terribly cute! I'm kinda partial to the freaks, though.

And... a big thank you to @GAMarans , @GAchickennewbie, @carcar80 , @PapaChaz for the much needed laughs just now. Catching up on all the posts, y'all had me cracking up.

Well the egg was in the nest this morning, so i suppose i'll be leaving the golf balls in for a while. When she got done, there was another of the hens up there snooping around, so another may be getting close.

And she was up there a long time to lay that egg, almost 2 hours in the nest. Wonder if i need to give her a dose of castor oil..,,,

Well seems like I may have at least two more roosters then I wanted, apparently I may now have at least three and possibly four roosters with only a total of 10. Although kinda quite with 3 crowing. So now the dilemma, probably will need to replace a couple of roosters for hens. Will see if any @ 20wk. EE are around.
