I slow cooker a brisket yesterday, and still have leftovers, so I'm not too jealous. Lol

Papa we were in town for the festival kickoff parade.. I bet it was about as HOT as it is beside your smoker!!

Back home now to cool off for a bit, then off to a birthday party. Thank goodness there'll be a POOL.

I don't know! When you tear it apart and mix it with onions and jalapeños and spices and then sauté it in its juices, then put that with some toasted tortillas and homemade guacamole... It's pretty fantastic. Lol

Carcar, you will get a laugh out of this. I got an email from a lady looking for bantam NNs. So, I wrote to her and told her I knew someone who may have some. Didn't hear from her, so I wrote again. Then I get an email from her telling me she just bought 4 from a someone and is going to pick them up. She said they were Brahma NNs! Hahaha! Even if they are bantam Brahmas, they are not going to be bantams! And, if they aren't bantam Brahmas (are there such a thing?). can you imagine a huge Brahma NN?
