Houston, we have a problem.

The marans that hatched from the blue eggs look exactly like the marans from the brown eggs.

I'm taking a load of roosters and some comets to the Hickory Flats TSC today for their swap day
Also some RIR and black Ameraucana chicks.

So I know you all missed me during the last week.  I had quite a nice vacation from GAM over in Anniston, Alabama.  AND got paid to be there.  I plan to go back as soon as possible.  No GAM is GOOD.

Now that you're back,  I've got a 6' rat snake that I caught today.  Which pen would @GAMarans
 want me to put it in when I bring it over?

Hey guys. Have another wedding here this weekend. No chance of rain this time, thank goodness! Been busy working on the new coop. DH wants me to post photos, but I think I will wait until it is mostly done. We are putting on the hardware cloth and the doors right now. We still need to put in the roosts, stain the outside, put in the waterers/feeders, etc. So, lots more still to do.

Put the kids to bed early. The Rooster James Bond tried to get some action with Rose. Stanley the Rooster cock-blocked him. I have a handful of gorgeous feathers to make some jewelry or fascinators with, if I ever find the time again. LOL

Poor James went to bed lonely again.
