Ok y'all ...got my new chicks today! The other half is going to kill me since she thought I was getting 2. So here they are. As well as a couple pics of the flower design I did for the front of the coop.

Nice selection of chicks! However, that chicken math is bad news.

You remind me of my wife. This is exactly something she would do: saying she's getting two and comes home with SEVEN!!

BTW, is that a VW bus parked in your dogwood tree?

Did you ever have one (a VW bus...lol)? BTW, how many chickens can you fit into a VW bus? lol

Growing up we had a 1964 VW beetle convertible, and later my dad got a 1971 powder-blue and white VW bus. My first car was a silver 1972 VW beetle hardtop.

Didn't have a bus, but I had a 72 superbeetle, with a sunroof, the a yellow and white hardtop. I could kick myself for getting rid of my superbeetle!

I think I have some show bird feed still from when my Teacup (name of chicken) was super skinny.

Tucker Milling makes a Non-GMO, Non-Soy Starter-Grower and Layer that I use for my chickens. I Pay about $15 a bag for it.
