Hi. I'm in North GA. Dawsonville, next to Amicalola Falls State Park. I have close to .....but not quite.....100 chickens! All named. They are my hobby and love all the varieties of chickens and egg colors I have! Welcome to the thread, although a lot of people don't post anymore. I miss everyone. We use to have such a lot of fun posting and 'visiting' that way! Maybe we can get it going again!
 
Hi all! I have about 30 Silkies among some other various chickens. I'm in So Georgia Augusta / Hephzibah area. Not to many chicken people out this way that I know of. There has to be others though in the Grovtown, and other areas around here because my local Tractor Supply always sells out of it's many chicks in the spring. I think I am the only Silkie breeder around though. Most people want the meat and egg chickens here. I have those too but not that many. I do finally have my first Lavenders from my own line. Hope everyone is doing well and has a safe and happy Holiday season.
