YO GEORGIANS! :)

Oh wow and you’re still not done?
I kinda wanna start a blueprint for a permanent coop for two of my roosters. I feel they get along without hens so maybe if I give them a bunch of hens they’ll be able to get along even with hens.
Don’t know how I feel about making a coop right now that I need to make a turkey roost and guinea roost and goat enclosure.
Chicken coop will just have to wait.
I have all materials here just a matter of getting them all up and nailed together.,

I too want to start over but I love my current hens so much that I think I will just wait til they’re 3 years old before processing them. I am moving more toward dual purpose than egg colors and pretty looks.

I have too many roosters that I like and my daughter loves. I have two coops , one of Biels and the other has Orps , SLW , Brahama and an OE. all but the Orps and Biels are pretty poor hatchery quality chickens. I would like better Representative of the breeds I have., especially Brahmas.

My Biels hands down are the best , then my Orps. The others are just meh.

I'm trying to cross my Isabel Cuckoo Orp roo over my Light and Dark Brahmas but I'm not getting good fertility out of them. I have seen both my Orp roosters mount both of them , so I'm thinking it's the girls and not the boys. Both girls came from the same breeder but they are terrible examples of a Brahma. They are the same size , maybe even lighter than my OE (EE / Marans cross). They lay decent and are a little skittish.

If you're ever up my way I'll let you try Biels You won't be disappointed

Waders or rollup the ole pant legs for sure!:highfive:
My dad has trees down everywhere at his house, 19 big ones down, we got a good laugh at the fact he had power and internet but the pole was laying in the middle of the road all cables still attached. This is one of the poles leading up to his drIveway. Power guys came out put in a new pole lifted wires back to new pole, never turned it off lol.

To my knowledge nothing to bad around here that I have been privy too yet. The babies are up and down the coop ramp trying to decide if it's worth scratchin around while pretending to be ducks.:gig
