I'm eager to see what I start getting when ALL of the Sumatras start to lay. That's another 4 eggs, plus two half-leghorns coming of age, too!

Out of 9 hens I'm getting 7 or 8 a day. Once the silkies end their strike I'll be up to a dozen or so. Congrats on your hens' awesomeness!

You guys make me SO jealous with all these eggs!! Right now I get two a day tops. It'll get better though.

@LTygress- I can't WAIT to see what the little EEs end up looking like!!

Hubby brought home the frame of the new coop/run today and when I got here we put the walls up! This was the spot I thought would look good- I know it's pretty much the same pics from before but I'm so excited it's in the backyard now lol.

I have 5 RIRs, 1 Buff Orp, 1 Orp/EE mix, 1 production Red, 1 BCM & 2 Blue CM. And 1 very handsome Splash Marans roo. Out of 11 hens I'm getting 4-6 eggs a day.
