YO GEORGIANS! :)

I had to check dates to see exactly who was with who at the time! Lol!

The front one is actually a large fowl phoenix crossed with a bantam buff cochin. Don't ask me how... lol!

And the one in back is half silkie, half mutt. The "mutt" was the hen who died to the possum. She had pretty coloring though. Black tail, black wing tips, buff coloring with occasional black spots (but not columbian style). Part of the reason I gave the chick to abmaddox is because I know she wanted chicks in colors she didn't already have, but I wanted to keep them close enough to see what they looked like as adults!

Not only are you a chicken pimp, you're selfish too! Lol! That's okay, my husband and I are debating my birthday present. FBCM (Wade Jean line) trio or hatching eggs for (project) mottled Ameracuanas. Decisions, decisions.....help me!

<---- EEs
Silkies soon (just set my first purebred silkie egg yesterday)
Chocolate layers - not yet. I'm expecting three cuckoo maran hens from McMurray in April.

I'm in Butts County, town of Jackson, but off of Exit 201 (Hwy 36). Just traded a bunch of hatching eggs today with abmaddox from this thread. :)
You are very close to me, less than 15 miles I bet! Do you have any younger hens or pullets to sell?? EE's are fine. Also, let me know when you start having silkies! I really want a few!

I have a question. What is "down in the hocks"? My Marilyn can't stand up. Her legs are strong enough to move her around (mostly on her head) but that's all. She has an appetite some days, some days not. I just want her to get better or pass in her sleep. It makes me so sad to see her sick.:(
