YO GEORGIANS! :)

I was doing exactly that but wasn't smart enough to mark them or place them in the incubator any particular way to try to keep up with which eggs went in when.  lol

Ah, thankfully, I do. I write the expected due date on all of them. On the bantam eggs, I write an F after the due date if it comes from the frizzle pen, and an S for the Silkie pen.

See, you're smarter than I am. lol

Fortunately I did write a date n the last one that I put in so I know when that incubator will be available for a school.

Ok, so you know how when you color eggs for easter and you soak them long enough that when you crack them open the egg white has absorbed some of the color? Can you do the same thing with hatching eggs and get purple and green and blue chicks? :D I only ask because y'all talk about writing on the eggs. I just keep imagining chicks coming out with dates on their butts.

And I nearly choked to death on my drink. That mental picture was great!
