YO GEORGIANS! :)

I just got an order for a hundred purebred girls (white leghorns...) so upset that I cant make this order!! I don't have that many leghorns and I don't have enough space in the **** incubator!!!

Hatching Question...

I'm getting ready to set my eggs in the morning.

My temp is steady. According to the aquarium thermometer that I calibrated, it is right at 99/100. My digital thermo says 99. Another old fashioned one says 100. The one that came with the incubator says like 98, but it is not at egg level.

The digital hygrometer says 16%. When I calibrated it, I got it within 8% at one point, but it mostly stayed 11% low.

My old fashioned hygrometer was 5% low. It says 20% currently.

Should I raise the humidity when I set or let them go 7 days without adding any water and then weigh?

Um GAMarans.. I have a friend in love with BLRW.. Got any more by chance?

Edit- and while we're at it, what else have you been hiding from us??
Wish I had known ... GORGEOUS Splash BLRW breeding pair that I gave her today. I've had to keep them separate from the flock for so long that there was no way that they could go back in. (Already tried.) I have 1 chick and 2 eggs from them.

What else do I have ... let me think ... a few buff orpingtons that are leaving, a few mixed hens that are allowed to stay (for now), and I believe I have 2 Amera-somethingorother roosters and 2 hens of the same type. (One of the hens has green legs ... fingers crossed) I have no clue if they are pure or not. A fabulous woman nearby donates eggs for many of the classroom egg hatching projects that I do and breed is not important for the purpose or the price. lol
