Y'all are gonna cause me to have to tag along to one of these "chicken shows" one day. Closest I've ever come was in 4th grade 4-H poultry judging competition.

Hmm, nah, I am straying away from bantams except for my silkies, frizzles (cochin though...), and my incoming silver sebrights!

We went and learned a lot. We almost left with a rabbit my 2 yr old thought she had to have. But when they took it out for her to pet, she decided rabbits were terrifying. Lol. So we came home empty handed.

Buddy Phoenix and JHarper, I'm glad you had fun and found new birds at the show; I'll have to live vicariously through your experience for now, since I wasn't able to make it this time. I'd love to see pictures too!

It was quiet yesterday -I lurked a little too see if there were show reports, but it was a family day here. Today is an interview/presentation day, so I've also been getting ready for that. I'm starting to get nervous, so I'll go have some coffee and practice my presentation some more :/
