I'll have to get better pictures of the mutt ducks so y'all can help me identify what the other half is. They are 50% Pekin and 50% ... ? My guess is Runner but what do I know?

Ouch, that smarts a little -because I have three of his darn mean roosters she can have! I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy, actually. They are headed for the soup pot this week. i also have what are supposed to be two black Ameraucana hens (from someone else), but I lost their rooster this summer .

I've got 3 roos that look Ameraucana but they came from eggs from a multi-breed free range farm. No way of being sure how "pure" they are.

Is it just WATER droplets, or little yellow-colored droplets? If they are yellow, toss it quick before it explodes!

If they are clear, give it some more time.

Looks like water, but I'll check when I go to bed

(Had to pull two of them from my primary enclosure ... they have started feeling frisky and my poor hens were starting to look rough. Not to mention it was my Marans hens they were messing with.)
