YO GEORGIANS! :)

I'll let you know! My DS has always wanted a BR.. We got one and it ended up wing a roo (a useless one at that) AND I don't even think it was BR lol.

So here's my FULL order with McMurray Hatchery, to show what I forgot to get (asterisk will show forgotten roos):

LARGE FOWL:
Blue Cochins (2 pullets, will be bred with silver laced)
Silver Laced Cochins (3 straight run)
*Barred Rock (2 pullets)
*Cuckoo Marans (3 pullets)
*Silver Laced Wyandotte (3 pullets)
Silver Laced Polish (3 pullets, already have a gold-laced roo)
Phoenix (2 pullets, already have a silver roo)
Buff Laced Polish (3 pullets, also will be with gold-laced roo)

BANTAMS:
Blue Cochin (5 straight run)
Silver Sebright (5 straight run)
White Frizzle Cochin (5 straight run)
Blue Silkie (5 straight run)

I already have white and black silkies to go with the blue ones. And I have black and multi-colored frizzle cochin to go with the white. Blue cochin will be added with the frizzle, so that all cochin colors will have frizzle possibilities. SERIOUSLY considering a mottled or barred cochin bantam to make frizzles in those colors, too...

Also later on I am expecting the wheaten/blue wheaten purebred ameraucanas from a breeder here on BYC. Plus goose eggs, and in mid-march I'll order peafowl eggs in standard India Blue as well.

So in short I'm expecting to have a total of 12 breeding pens for the purebred chickens, one for geese, and the peafowl will probably be 100% free-ranged. So NEXT YEAR, if you want any of these breeds, let me know. I'm also probably going to have one breeding pen for crossing different breeds (such as Ameraucana to Marans for the true olive eggers).

There. So if you have an extra male barred rock, maran, or wyandotte, I'll probably be willing to take him off of your hands! LOL!
