Love your Marans! We have 2 Blue Copper Maran pullets that are a month old. One has a little bit of copper coloring around her neck, but they are mostly dark. Do all of yours have feathered feet? I could not tell from the pictures. We have never had these birds before, so I'm excited to see what they look like when they grow up. We are hoping that the eggs are dark brown.
 
@carcar80, it is doing VERY well at holding temp, even with my window open all day and night right beside it.

On lunch right now on a crappy phone. But I will reply in a bit to some of the rest.
 
Okay, the TSC in Rome has Golden Laced Wyandottes & Cornish Rocks for $1.99ea (straight run). They have multiple breeds of pullets too. They also have 1 type of duck (not sure of breed).

I'm going to see what the Calhoun store has in stock. If they have nothing I want, I may just get the GLW.

Anyone on here had any experience with GLWs??
