I really wished dogs could lose their voice as easily as humans do. My sister's yorkie/chihuahua mix (Chorkie as it is called by the CKC) has just NOT. SHUT. UP. in the entire three hours they have been gone. She barks when there are strangers in the yard, but this is ridiculous. There is no one in the yard, just a serious lack of people inside the entire house...
 
Okay. Time to Talk about ME. (Yes)..

Temp was 103, so not horrifying albeit a bit warm.. DS wanted to come with me so we did a quick candling sample of a few. My lavenders look pretty promising, not surprising. The Brahma I can't tell too much about.. Shells are light but surprisingly hard to visualize.

And those danged M'rrns eggs from @GAMarans are so dark you can forget seeing anything past an air cell, and even that's a stretch. ;)

Anyways. No boiled egg breakfast tomorrow.. House is still standing..

Oh I could find a GREAT little padded refuge for him when I was home alone with him...
