YO GEORGIANS! :)

Oh I jumped right back in with both feet, as usual! LOL! I got some chicks from a hatchery in November, hatched some out in December, built a coop/run in January, bought TSC chicks and ducks this month, and have already lined up more hatching eggs in the spring. What can I say, it's an addiction! ;)

Bored at work is the worst :P , and High Falls? There are worse places to be...

I'm trying to decide whether or not i can manage a gas-powered post hole digger myself, or if I should use the kill-yourself-slowly manual digger I used last time (which took me two weeks to dig six holes by myself). As you may have guessed, my husband is not an outdoors kind of guy, so we're talking solo build here. Anyone ever used one of those one-man post hole diggers?
I'm cheap so I always use a manual. Takes about an hour to get 7 dug for my chicken pins.

Great, you're hired! (How long is your honey-do list at home?) LOL! I'm cheap too, that's why I did the manual last time, but between getting through the clay in late summer and only having a few hours here and there when someone else had the little zookeeper, it took forever. I'm not the best at stuff like that, but it gets done.

My honey do list is never ending I'm afraid. I actually have to raise Cain to get a day off. But it's worth it to have fresh meat birds and a happy wife.

Welcome. I threw my wife into the bird pool and now she has me digging her an ocean of them. Figuratively speaking. But I am digging a decent size pond this summer for real. Kinda have to now that we're getting goose eggs next week.
