Why are turkeys/poults/eggs so expensive??? I can get them for $8 each at Kroger in the fall. I'm having a hard time justifying the cost since we want them for eating...

Just remember: you can breed them and make your money back and you know that these aren't full of chemicals.

These buckeyes are 10 days old and are half again as big as other chicks the same age. And they attacked the ants crawling on the wall of the outdoor brooder. Awesome little predators!
 
Hmmm....3rd bator will be here the 5th. New fridge will be here April 2nd. Old fridge will become cabinet bator shortly after that. Yep! Will rent bator space if y'all need it! LMAO!
