YO GEORGIANS! :)

Okay if these two light brahmas from TSC survive until summer, I'm giving them to one of you guys. I'm taking this as my sign that I'm not supposed to have light brahmas. I got 6 from TSC. I feather-sexed five pullets and one cockerel. But I'm down to just TWO. I thought maybe it was the cold, since they all went straight to my outside brooder. Or maybe it's a predator. But I've added other, younger chicks, and they're doing just fine. The older chicks that were already in there are okay too. It's ONLY the Brahmas that I'm losing. And now I have only two left. Plus they are starting to get feathers, so I have no idea if I even HAVE the cockerel anymore!

Or, I guess if I end up with two hens now, I'll just throw them in with the other breeds that don't lay the same color eggs. And those will be my fridge eggs.

About a week?
