Yes, she is a hahns macaw. Poor thing was awful screaming when I got her. She has been through alot, but has come along way. She has a very sweet soul. I'm glad she has Imprinted on someone and not reverted to screaming and plucking. Now that spring is almost here, she will probably go thru a major molt and get rid of all those ugly feathers. I'm so happy she has a happy forever home.

She was screaming in the truck in the way home. My niece kept talking to her anyway, and once we got home and got her inside, the screaming stopped. One ritz cracker later, she was already saying her name to me.

I'm glad. All I cen do is take them in, love them back to health and find good homes. I'm so pleased she is doing so well
