I hope your SLW's turn out to really be SLWs. The ones I got from TSC 4 weeks ago turns out they really look like Speckled Sussex or at least that is what I was told.

So the classroom egg hatching project that I'm expecting in April ... is actually going to have to start the middle of next week!

So ... anybody wanna donate any light eggs? Only need between 20 and 30 total eggs. Wanting light colored eggs to make it easier on this first-time class to candle. White, light brown, pink, blue, green ... just no Marans eggs. lol

I have the brown eggs from my BO, but will they be light enough? I can see veins and spiders in mine, and the eye of the chicks, but I don't get a lot of detail. I don't have an actual "candling light" though, just my hand and a flashlight. If you need em, whatever I get between now and the delivery day is yours, but I'm on the Southside so I'll need a little notice to plan the drive.
