YO GEORGIANS! :)

Buff or White polish (skin, beak, and legs don't look black, so it isn't a silkie). If it's a buff, it will start growing in all white feathers at first. You won't know until they are closer to about 4 months old.

Very fuzzy, but based on what I said earlier, I'm thinking dominique. It's the only "rare" bird McMurray sells with the barred pattern. They do have the cuckoo marans, but from what I read, those aren't counted in this particular assortment.

Maybe a phoenix? He's got the sharp markings, and the line through his eye. But it could be a silver leghorn, too. Both of them will START with yellow legs. The phoenix's legs turn dark as they grow older though.

Buttercup? Or Golden Penciled Hamburgs?

The flat head makes me think this may be a silver penciled rock

Gold Laced Wyandotte?

That one looks so much like an easter egger. Greenish legs, cheek muffs... but they aren't rare!

That's all I can really name or guess so far. I might have to drop by for a visit this week to get a better look.

Mutts will be good as long as they are docile and a laying breed

Ooh what's that one??

I take that back. It IS listed on their mobile site. Weird.

So I guess it depends on whether or not it has a fifth toe like a silkie

I was thinking that, but Mcmurray doesn't list them on that assortment's page either. I would think it should be included, but I guess not!
But, if you read the "special" segment, they list a few, and then go on to say there are 35 varieties they choose from. One of the chicks looks like a speckled Sussex to me. It is listed as rare on their site.
