YO GEORGIANS! :)

Anyone had any luck changing mature hens over to a nipple waterer? Hubby made a couple but I'm scared to take out the old waterers as I haven't seen anyone using the new.

I even got down and showed/explained to them how the whole thing works. They just stood and looked at me like I was crazy!!
Wait until it gets a bit warmer, and then leave them without water for a while - half a day or so.

Then put the nipple waterers in there, and show them again how it works. They'll probably be eager to go for the droplets by then.

Good idea. I'Il definitely put more effort into it this weekend while I'm here all day. Thanks!

So ever since this nipple water conversation started, I just keep visualizing carcar down on her knees with her head up under this bucket showing the chickens how it works and then explaining it to them and then telling them to try it.... repeat.
Don't hate just because I'm the superior poultry sensei.

But before I go.. Who all is doing this "savings catcher" thing from walmart? You enter the TC number from your receipt and walmart keeps up with price matching for you.

So far we've entered three receipts and already redeemed over $13! Then I entered another and got over $5 on that one alone.

Anyways it's pretty cool.
