YO GEORGIANS! :)

Well that was an interesting first experience. My girls were having their run of the back yard and were sleeping in the sun beside some bushes and suddenly my yard was surrounded by 6-7 very large crows. They kept circling and jumping from tree to tree and then my wife noticed what she believes was one of the hawks trying to sneak up through the underbrush in my woods. Last week we caught it twice hopping through the brush trying to sneak up on the coop from down low. Looks like the crows helped out big time today.

Here's some pictures from back right after they killed my Marans and Salmon Faverolles.

Oh no! Glad he wasn't able to get any of your hens this time.

I have heard that crows will attack hawks but this was interesting seeing how quick the crows showed up out of no where as soon as the hawk made his appearance.

I think I'm about to get MFD eggs!!!?
