Word. Even with eating eggs.. Y family thinks I'm crazy/wrong when I correct their eggs in the carton. I explain why.. I never realized that they are usually upside down in the dang carton!!

Since everyone else is posting their cute chick pictures, these are the babies I got at TSC last thursday. :)

Acorn!
Has been ID'd as a silver duck-wing old english game bird bantam.

Batman! Whose breed is still a mystery. (current suggestion have been cochin, langshan, or maran. Pretty sure she's a bantam though.)

Choco and Boco. I'm PRETTY sure these are silkies. I think they're going to be white, or another very light color.

CZ (cubic zirconia), Diamond, and Topaz, which are my silver laced wyondattes.



And finally, the three Rhode Island Reds! Peppercorn, Teriyaki, and Medium Spicy.




So far everyone seems really happy and healthy!

I figured I'd wait until first candling before I contact him. Then I am not just that bossy b**ch, but I am contacting him with an update as well as a helpful hint.
 
Hey! Who hatches in styrofoam cartons without killing all the cute baby chicks? Cause I don't wanna do that again!

I strongly prefer cardboard but have only styrofoam right now.

What say y'all?
