YO GEORGIANS! :)

I would like to know also. Our neighbors who are only here when they want to be are leaving in three weeks complained today about my rooster. So I want to get my business going but can't if I keep having roisters crowing all the time. I would to get him a crow collar as well. But want to know how well it works first.

I have a friend that uses a crow collar. It works, but it's a challenge to get them right. My hens are so loud I don't want to risk a rooster! We had a roo in Athens and he was MEAN, so I don't miss him at all.

And from that point they are too busy laughing to crow.

what ever it takes to make the neighbors happy I guess.

I do have to say that if you're unlucky enough to live next to people who would complain about a rooster crowing, bless you, and 'bless their heart'

My girls are loud, but during the day. The rooster I used to have crowed at the crack of dawn. I gave my neighbors enough free eggs that they'll put up with the girls. A rooster...not so much.

maybe i'm just not a nice person, but I'm going to have a rooster, and if the neighbors don't like him crowing whenever he wants, oh well too bad for them. They sure don't care if their dog barking all hours of the night keeps me awake

Well, I only have two fairly close neighbors.. One through the trees I always make sure to ask, "my roosters aren't too loud are they?" She laughs and assures me she doesn't hear them and reminds me she loves animals anyhow.

The neighbor closest to my chickens (but still with trees in between) I SOMETIMES wonder about being able to hear them. But then I remember, his dog killed not one but two of my dogs.. So I really don't think he'll be complaining about anything animal-related going on at my house. ;) (and he's a really nice man anyway as far as I've seen)..

OMG YAW.. Is everyone in a seated position with trays up?

I have hatching. IN my incubator. Like-- actual hatching. Chicks, pips, zips..

:clap :clap :clap

Jeez. It's about time I didn't screw one up!! ;)
