YO GEORGIANS! :)

I have two store bought gauges one is digital that has the temp and humidity and the other is the old style with red liquid in the glass and a humidity gauge. They both matched up with my home temp gauge. The one built in to the bator is measuring lower.

Well im baffled. On paper ... there is no way that you should have anything rezembling shrink wrapped chicks. On paper ... they should be sticky and gooey.

What's your experience with doing cooler-bators...? I work at a petshop, and we just got a good sized styrofoam cooler I can take home for free...

I'm jealous of all the people hatching cute little chicks every week here and now that I'm back in town I'm interested to give it a try. :D

I'm fascinated with this NN as he is my first, my son calls him a mutant

Did you catch the Craig's List  link she posted?  Shouldn't be far from you.

Yeah I can go and get some and then bring them to you on the 2nd at the swap!!!

Don't you live a long way from there? I think Rocky should go get a few dozen and bring'em down. They're practically in his back yard.

If u get a good thermostat they work great. I use one of my home made ones as a hatcher. One of my next projects is going tobe a larger cabinet I guess 300 at a time is just not enough.
