YO GEORGIANS! :)

Need some information / Advice. Have a six week old chicken / pullets She is eating good, drinking plenty of water and very active. But I notice that she has brown runny discharge, is this something to be concerned with, is their reason for concern and is there if necessary any medicine or treatment needed. Would like to find out more on this symptom and treatment if any. Anybody and help / information, thanks

Yep ... that thar is a BCM. Probably good that I've blown my birdy budget for now or I'd be all over them. Need to build my BCMs back up in the near future.

O EMMM GEEEE! So pretty! If I didn't suspect that 2 of the 3 I have left might be roos, I'd be begging the DH for em! But then I'd probably hurt Stanley Roosterface's feelings by bringing another boy in. LOL He's gonna be pretty ticked off about these 2 maybes here. And I'm pretty sure that BCM would totally kick his teenage butt.

s this discharge coming out of her rear another words her vent!?if so she has the runs !there is medication in a liquid form you put in the wayer but first off what are you feeding it ,medicated feed maybe?

OMG. THAT ROOSTER! I am covetous. When we started this chicken journey I told my husband that I wanted a rooster that looks exactly like that. Most beautiful coloring ever. God had other plans and we ended up with BO roo. I love him to pieces, but still daydream that I will have a roo just like this one! :love

what breed is he?
Thank you so much! And he's a Black copper marans. Actually trying to sell him. Lol

Thank you! Yeah, he's gotten in a few tussles in his time, but hardly looks any worse!

Yes coming out her vent, and feeding her Nutrena starter non medicated feed, would medicated feed be better ? Or what is best?

Stanley Roosterface (aka Mr. Poopy Feet, aka Mr. Always Steppininit, aka Sweetface, aka Mr. Stank Nasty or whatever nickname I use at the time) is only 3 months. And he is so docile. A straight up momma's boy. Any rooster bigger than he is would totally open a can of whup*** on him and I know he couldn't hang. LOL
Thank you! Yeah, he's gotten in a few tussles in his time, but hardly looks any worse!

I hate you..... It takes 5 gallons just to start my truck and get the air conditioning cold.

I know that feeling! 11 miles to the gallon doesn't serve a "super speeder" well. I miss my Honda Civic that could take a hairpin turn at 50+ mph as smooth as butter and got 36 miles to a gallon.
