YO GEORGIANS! :)

I am still mourning the death of my sweet Daisy Mae. She was my 3 yr old White Silkie hen. My roo is now driving me nuts. I need to find my friend from Griffin that has Silkies and see if she has any Poults to keep my roo company! Russell is even pecking and biting me which is very unusual for him, because he is momma's baby :) The loss of Daisy has taken its toll on the whole family.
Please help!!

Thanks
Tena
Sorry for your loss

All I have is a silkie roo but I have a friend with silkies. I'll email her and tell her to check this post.

We are wired in, door on, and almost Chicken Ready at Crazy C Farms. All that's left is my indoor roost, a few hinges, outside roosts, and odds and ends.

I'm excited!
As if my acquisitions from Flower this weekend weren't enough, I just traded one of my Lavender Orpington roos for a trio of young Speckled Sussex.
They are about 2 months (almost as old as my Orps) and one definitely has hackles and pointy tail feathers. The other two appear to be hens.

So this weekend I added 4 Swedish Flowers, 4 Easter Eggers, 2 older Leghorns (or possibly white plymouths, she called them yellow legs), 2 older RIR, and now the Sussex.
But I traded an Orp, so all is even, right? #chickenmath

Still rolling on as far as I know. I'll look again end of the week. I was just telling hubby this morning, I actually forget I have eggs in that monster, it just does its thing. I'll hear the turner kick on a few times a day and that's about it. :clap

I've got to get busy on the divider in my coop! you have those for me, and I have a broody sitting on 5......

of course most of the ones you have for me that make it all the way are sold, so there won't be that many. We'll know the AMs, I hope, how we gonna tell the others apart? LOL
