He's doing absolutely awesome!

He plays with Deja and chases the cats out of the room when he's out and about.

I forgot how cute their happy bunny hop was. lol!

How are you? How's hubby?

About coyotes. There are no documented attacks of coyotes on humans! Ever. Just on other animals. Don't be too afraid to go after them if you need to. I think I would just opt for those auto lights that have big eyes that scare things away.

There have actually been a couple hundred attacks on people in the U.S. over the last 40 years. A few here in Georgia. But I think a lot of attacks have involved people walking their dogs.

We have coyotes. They make the most amazing sounds. I'm totally in love with all wildlife, coming from the city and all. We did loose one cat to them. Heard it. Ghastly. That cat was super deluxe stupid though. She probably walked up to them and tried to hang out. And once they were killing her it's not like we could do anything. Still creepy sounding. I was pretty quick.

Well, I've got a big problem here. My roo, Baymax, attacked my 3 year old today. I was weeding, and her her scream " owwwwww", saw her smack him (she's a sassy little girl) but as she turned and ran off he chased her and knocked her down. I had reached her by then and he ran off, I couldn't catch him. She has scratches on her leg and an arm, with bruising. He's always left the kids alone, but lately the neighbor girl has been trying to catch him, which results in my yelling at the kids to leave them alone. I was worried this would happen. Any advice? I told my husband that I'll give Baymax one more chance, but if he goes after the kids again it will be freezer camp.

I have this same problem. Gump leaves Stella alone unless she gets too close. She is scared of him so she stays away. No problems yet with him chasing her. Not looking forward to that day.

Does anyone have a list of legal reptiles that can be kept in GA? As far as I know, it's only venemous, native, and dangerous species that can't be legally kept, but I'd like to verify.

I have the feeling my daughter was trying to "get" him, and he wasn't going for it. She's going to mimic the older kids, and I have told them countless times to leave the chickens alone for this very reason! Especially the neighbor kid. I'm going to be having a very stern talk with all of them when they get off the bus.

If any of our chicks are roosters they better behave. My SO has NO patience for that and I think it's a one strike policy here. I tell them this when I am out there petting them, "Be nice or J will cook you." (I say this to the chickens, not the children)
