I would say I don't want to sound ugly............but..................I don't care if it sounds ugly or not. DO NOT give this doofus any more opportunities to kill any more poultry! Didn't you give him pretty specific instructions on setting up the bator? and he ignored them and did it his own way, or rather by the 'instructions' on it? So he only hatches 2 of 40 eggs because of his 'lack of understanding' or arrogance or refusing to take advice from a knowledgable lady.

Then you find out he's obviously failed to prepare himself with ANY knowledge of what to do once they were born, probably put them in a plastic tub with a 250 watt heat lamp and closed the top.............ok ok, I don't know that, but if he thinks they got too hot and died from it, then he doesn't care enough to make sure he at least knows how to set up for chicks.

no thank you. Let him buy his eggs from ebay or something. I'd just tell him straight out you've decided not to sell him any more until he reads, studies and shows he's prepared himself first! Want me to call him for you? LOL I am NOT shy....
