Does it have to be a pullet? I have a few brown leghorn cockerels to get rid of..

mine are all doing great! a week old now!

on another note, I have lockdown day coming up friday! my first one! After looking at these styrofoam coolers Flower sent me, I'm of the mind I'm just going to get another cheap incubator with no fan or turner and hatch in it and keep eggs in this one going for a while. Getting ready to set 14 more blue AM eggs here in a little bit. The lady who posted and asked about AM eggs, hasn't responded to my messages so I'm just going to incubate them myself

Flower, I can get you a few leghorn eggs that will be crossed with my AM rooster if you want! I should have thought about it and brought you some last week....I'm hoping for a few super blue egg layers out of this cross myself

I'll need to switch coops with him, How many do you want? I have 3 leghorns, and usually get an egg from them about every day. I can save you up a few to give you, or save you up a dozen to sell you

Anyone concerned about this storm coming in? I see conflicting reports with 70mph winds then 40mph winds here. My humble coop is a lean to against the garage with hardwire on 3 sides. I have tarps over all of that. Was planning on leaving one side open since it will be warmish tonight, but have decided to drop the tarp down on the third open side. Trying to put everyone in the garage would be a nightmare for them and me.

The worse of the storm will be (so they say) between midnight and 5 am with heavy rain and strong gusting winds to 60 mph and tornado potential
