YO GEORGIANS! :)

Katsdar, these don't come from Cackle, but Hoover. So you're paying a middle man. You can order Marans from Ideal 2$ per bird less. No sale needed

edited to add: I don't know squat about the types of Marans out there, and a 2nd look has me thinking the birds you want are sold out at Ideal.

I use tucker mill when I can get to summerville, otherwise which I just hate to do is buy Dummor from TSC

VW where?

My stupid move of the day, I was vacuuming the church today and you know how you hold the cord and pull with the other hand until the plug comes up so you don't have to bend over a pick it up, yeah I'm pulling and the plug end flies up hits me on the forehead leaving a goose egg and if it had been just a little harder hit, it would have cut me, so now I have a goose egg black mark with a red almost cut, really

ouch that's gonna leave a mark

Moms were: An EE, Swedish Flower, Fizzled EE, Frizzled Naked Neck (chick does not have the NN gene), an Olive Egger and I think, my little NN Penelope (did not get the NN gene). One chick is obviously going to have a crest and is smaller than the others. That one could either be from the Swedish Flower or Penelope. (Both crested birds)
Here is photo of Penelope

All chicks have feathered legs, so most likely the dad is Emerson, the Brahma. I don't think the other roosters were active back then....well they are now! Can't wait to bring my fun and funky hatching eggs to the exchange! I think all three roosters will be contributing by then!
I swear every time I see one of these chickens I know in my heart that Dr Seuss's parents had them when he was a kid
