They are bantam cochins, one roo and multi colored hens, 6 of em. they were the rescued ones from a little back. They are happy and 2 are broody mommas. Friendly nice birds.

Missy, I think Rustoleum makes a product that you can use over rust. You'll still want to scrape off the flaking paint and rust, but the stuff I remember is a heavy-duty all-in-one primer and paint.
