Personally, I would edit my first post, then post again briefly saying that you have edited the OP. The additional post will let those who are following the conversation definitely know there has been an update, while an edit generally would not.

Woo Hoo! Great day! Not only is it my youngest sons birthday (He was born on a Friday the 13th.....luckiest day of my life), but I finally reached the -30.4 pound mark in weight loss!!!! I've been doing the keto/intermittent fasting since November! Have lost 6" off my waist! I'm like a young girl again! Love it! Only 8.6 pounds to goal weight! Yay!

The keto diet. Low carbohydrates, moderate proteins and high in good fats (avocados, nuts, ghee butter, olive oil) Intermittent fasting - I don't eat for 18 hours and then eat within a 6 hour window. There is a great book out called Delay, Don't Deny. It explains why this is the greatest thing!

She is sweet and spunky. I think that she will make an amazing pet! As you can see in the picture, she has a leopard pattern on her belly. Her coat pattern is lovely, too! Also, her eyes are a bright blue. She is a really pretty kitty

This black beauty is BJ (Bagera Junior)^
He is a bit timid, but I know that with some love and training, he will make a good, small-family cat! He is pitch black and has pretty yellow/green eyes.

Woo Hoo! Sold out of eggs in 1 1/2 hours at Farmers Market. Sold $100 in eggs this week! Many chicks hatching and most are already spoken for! Boom!

But, on a bad note....I guess it's bad.....I had 2 hens that just hatched chicks, 2 sitting on eggs and now have 3 more going broody!!! UGH!!!!

Ugh, dumb broody! I had a free spot in my 'Maternity' ward so I put in 9 eggs and got one of my broody hens to put on them. This particular hen has been broody for weeks! She squawked and cried and went nuts for half the day. I kept putting her on the eggs. She didn't stay....so, I went and got one of the new broodies, and she sat on them right away....making herself comfortable. I put the other hen back in the other coop and she ran straight to her empty nest and sat there!
