Hello, I understand it's been nuts for me. I'm dealing with an ebay scammer (actually 2) who repeatedly are taking copies of my farm photos as theirs...It's so time consuming...Many BYC family have helped me at my post and filed complaints...One has been able to get a refund based on fraudulent photos. One of my photos was extensively watermarked. It is so aggravating as these photos took so much time and then to have them taken by a person who is charging so much for egg that my head spins. Ah well, on top of full time farm duties, now I must monitor photos on ebay of all my breeds and make a report on each I find.... Be aware, that watermarks don't stop the thieves. Have a blessed and fun weekend. Stay safe during tomorrow's possible storms of weather across the state. nancy

Hey y'all! I am from Dalton/Whitfield County in Northwest GA. I am new here and new to chickens too. We had been planning on building a coop and getting some babies but our plans got pushed forward pretty quickly when my friend found out she couldn't have chickens where she lived. So she called me and asked if I wanted their babies. So, now we have 10 chicks and no coop

But we are making our plans and going to get some materials today. The youngest chicks are a week old and she bought the other 6 on Mar 1st. They aren't fully feathered yet but don't like much. So we have a little time to get the coop made. I think we are going to free range them just like our neighbor does. His seem to do just fine and maybe they will keep some bugs and stuff out of the yard too.
We thought about getting some guineas too. Do any of you have any experience with them?
