If you find it bleeding again in the morning, then I would pull it out with a pair of pliers.

You probably can and just see how it goes. If it starts up again, I would pull it so it's not a problem anymore.

The picture appears that it is a blood feather. She probably broke it. It doesn't happen super often, but generally it needs to be pulled out as it doesn't "heal" and will continue to bleed. Keep an eye on her and possibly keep her in a smaller area where she can't be bothered by her flockmates or get into trouble causing it to bleed again.

And I agree with @aart, the posts in all caps are not at all necessary.
