yolk? guts? HELP !

one of the chicks that hatched this morning, about 5:15, has something hanging out

unabsorbed yolk ? guts? leave it ? tie it off ? help please

The yolk should be yellow, it is a little hard to tell in the picture. I would leave it for now, especially if other eggs need to hatch. I would say the recommended "treatment" in this situation would be to wrap it in warm wet paper towels to try and absorb anything. It does not appear to be bleeding.
