I helped a chick out who had partially zipped. Another chick had fully zipped and got very stuck...i think low humidity. Anyways got this little one free but his tummy is still very big. What is the best thing to do? I put him back in incubator with the other late hatcher who needed help but big tummy chick is in a bowl.

I think he should be fine. Just let him sit there for a bit and check on him any time you can

Make sure he has warmth though. Don't just leave him, he'll get cold. Put him back in the incubator or in the brooder to dry up and stay warm if you can! Good luck!
He is dried up. He is stiff with the goo that has dried on him... I will leave him in the incubator overnight in the bowl with the other one and hope for the best. :fl
Oh, is he not in the incubator? Get him back in there ASAP. He needs to be able to dry off, thats why he's so stiff with gunk. The humidity in the bator should soften the hardened material once he's in. Keep him in there until he's fluffy and dry, I think he'll be just fine.
He has been in the bator the entire time, other than when i took him out quick to check on him.

Maybe try cleaning with a wet cloth? I've never dealt with this, so I'm not sure.

Hmm, thats odd. Usually they dry out rather then the goo drying on them. It would make sense if he'd been out of the bator, but I've never seen this in the bator. I'll tag some experts. @MGG @FoodFreedomNow Who else should l tag? @MysteryChicken, I know you hatch chicks to sell maybe you have some experience with this?
