yolk not fully absorbed!

one of my barred cochins just hatched without fully absorbing its yolk. will the chick be able to survive like this?

It may or may not, leave it in the bator and keep an eye on it.

He might , hopefully the bator is fairly clean, and he wont be dragging it around the wire of the bator,, I dotn mean to say youre bator is dirty but lets say he is the 18th to hatch there could be a good amount of muck in there right

Some times they absorb and do ok just give him time, If you see anyone pecking at the youlk you may want to very carefully and quickly remove himi if you really want ot give him a shot, and place him in a nice warm brooder with clean paper towls, remmber though if you remove him by opening the bator you could be jeperdizeing the others that havent hatched.

hes not attached. it doesnt look like he absorbed much at all

the more yolk out the less chance there is for him, but Im no expert I would just give him time and pray .
