Hello so I’m day 3 of incubation and looks like the yolk has expanded looks bigger is that normal
 
Yes on day three the yolk essentially breaks expanding. Here is a good visualization chart of what happens. (Not my picture).

Most of us don't candle until Day 7. Then you'll see a blob which is the chick forming and some veins.
I also didn’t let them set I put them straight in the incubator, as some people say makes no difference.

I usually let them sit. I have a few incubators, so next time I order hatching eggs, I may split the batch and test it.

Letting their air cells settle down seems more important to me than them aging 12/24 hours, but it's probably a horse apiece.

Thank you I’m new to this, yeah I was reading up that makes no difference, I hope they will be ok as they not cheap to buy ah , I wanna be a silkie mum
