houses for my birds to sleep and lay. Also used cat sand buckets for my birds to lay there eggs.

Lots of great ideas, folks! :clap

Keep 'em coming!

We had rain all weekend, so I didn't get an progress made on my coop addition. But hoping this evening after work. :fl

Hubby gave me use of some old tongue-n-groove boards for the floor of the last house left to build. These things are 4' long sections, 7" wide, but like 3" or 4" thick! I have no idea what they were used for originally. I've never seen hardwood flooring this thick, so maybe they were designed for walls.... Oooooh, I wonder if I have enough to make their house look like a log home with them.... :pop

Oh... I almost forgot. We replaced carpet flooring in my husband's office, which is a section of my garage. We removed the carpet and laid ceramic tile. There was a 3' x 6' section of ceramic tile already there, it was on one piece of concrete backer board, so we removed it in one piece. He wanted to trash it, I wanted to save it. So now its the floor in the first additional house I've already done. Its a matte finish, so I hope it isn't too slick. I'll have to find a rubber mat or something to put on it if it is.

I'll get some pics tonight.
