you ever seen a rash like this?

Find a dermatome map on Google or Firefox. If it's Shingles, it's along your C6-C7 dermatome route. I have seen 3 patients with Shingles recently, and the pain and damage can be lessened with antiviral medication. Shingles can last for several months and leave permanent pain and scars.

If it's identical on both sides/arms and showing up on your lower back, palms and feet, it could be DH, a sign of Celiac disease. A dermatologist could tell you in the office without too much trouble whether it's DH.

These things both tend to crop up as weather changes. Both are usually related to stress, pain, trauma and anxiety, too. As if some type of trauma weren't enough on its own.......

If its topical, maybe you rubbed your skin on detergent, bleach, chemicals that burned?

Thats what my DD's skin looks like after a reaction to food. She did it with fish just a few days ago. Little fluid fill blisters.

I get very similar blisters on my hands and feet every year. They start towards the end of February and last until Autumn. Doctors here havent been able to figure out what causes them but they itch like crazy. Only ever on my hands and feet though, never anywhere else.

Backdoor, that kinda looks like shingles? You might want to take a photo and show your doctor? I don't know much about it, but I do know it goes and comes, usually with stress. Let us know what you find out.

been checked for DH? That itches like crazy, its usually on hands and feet (and back). OMG if its DH, you could be pain free this year! I hope you get it licked this year.

what does DH stand for?

Dermatitis Herpetiformis http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dermatitis_herpetiformis It is not related to herpes. But it looks like herpes. But it isn't .

It's an "autoimmune" disorder related to celiac disease.
