It does look like shingles to me. When I had my last shingles attack, I mostly had a persistent dull ache that radiated from the nearest nerve cluster to the point of the rash. But, since you have no pain, that wouldn't be it. Plus, if you don't have itching, then it might not be contact dermatitis, either. And, if benedryl or hydro-cortisone won't work, I would see a doctor then.
I just wanted to clear up the misconception that shingles ALWAYS hurts or causes pain. It does not! It can appear with absolutely no pain whatsoever. I had an outbreak of herpes zoster during my freshmen year of college, but had zero pain. The diagnosis wasn't made on rash alone, but through the VZV-specific IgM antibody test.
Looks like stinging nettle to me also. I don't know where it came from but a new plant has cropped up in the garden, it looks just like catnip but stings like the dickens. It even goes thru cotton garden gloves. I use my horse manure in the garden, musta come in the hay.
