    My neighbor that lives 2 doors north of us is always hollering something over to me about my chicken talking. Thinks he's so funny. Which actually he is.

    I sure miss sleeping in. I hear them yelling over my baby monitor & last night at midnight I was out chasing 2 opossums. lol

    You're going to be out of town for the weekend so you hook up an Internet camera to keep an eye on them. Yep, I've done this. More than once.

    ...you go out in the morning and gently lift your hen off the roost because she is afraid to jump off when it is overcast and dark out, and position her on her little ramp, holding on to her until she has her footing, so she can go downstairs for her breakfast.
