Xavier heard a familiar voice. He looked around cautiously and saw little Lena down below. He smiled as he went down to talk to her. "What does it look like we were doing. We were winged rat chasing. But enough about that. What do we have here in the city? I thought you never left the park?" He said as he landed by the two squirrels. He looked and nodded at the red squirrel in greeting, then looked back at Lena. Too curious as to what her answer would be.

Solander fluttered down next to them. He cackled out laughing at Lena in the city.

Lena smiled happily at the crows. "It's a long story. But first, I want you to meet my new friend. This is Charlotte! Charlotte this is Xavier and Solander."

Xavier looked back at the red squirrel and did a flutter of wings that resulted in a formal bow. "It is truly my pleasure to make your acquaintance, Charlotte!"

Solander cackled out laughing then said seriously," Me like meet you Charlotte too."

Xavier lifted his head and said," If you would like me to translate for you, just let me know. He has bad English, but he tries. Don't you, Solander?"

Solander nodded thankfully, to Xavier.

Xavier smiled at Charlotte in a conspiring way and asked, " Don't tell me that little Lena here has become a bad influence, getting sweet park squirrels to come into the big city, to do God knows what." Xavier winked at Charlotte, before turning his attention back to Lena's fuming stance.

Lena glared at Xavier and said hotly, " leave it to you to always assume the worst about me! For your information, WE were helping a rat named Driew."

Solander was rolling on his back kicking his legs with laughter. "A Dreiw rat, that's just wierd!" He chuckled out.

Xavier stood tall after observing Lena. Shaking his head, he looked back a Charlotte, to say dramatically," Do I deserve such mockery? I feel very un vendecated and underappreiated! Just so you know, you both truly wound me deeply! Like a dagger to the back straight though to my heart!"

Lena sighed loudly," Drama department again?" She asked dryly.

Xavier chuckled and said, " Yeah, how was I? I was really feeling it, this time." He looked expectedly between Lena and Charlotte. Because Solander was still rolling on the concrete. He waited a few minutes. "Nothing? Well, I guess I won't quit my day job! Whatever thar means." He said in good humor.

Driew scampered out of the rubbish pile, he had finished eating the food that he had stolen from the restaurant. He looked around for the squirrels. After not being able to find them, Driew mumbled sadly to himself. "Such a shame, they coulda helped me again."

Xavier walked over to Lena, put his wing over her and looked around suspiciously. After a moment he whispered, " Why are you going to that building? Is this rat threatening you to do this, in some way?"

Lena shrugged off his wing and looked up at him insulted. "No one made me do anything. I wanted to help him and we did. As for what we're doing now, we're looking for adventure." She explained to Xavier.

Solander jumped up off the ground and said, " Me want some! Xavier no share any adventure, only know mischief. Me no slow you down. Please." He was hopping from one foot to the other foot excitedly.

Xavier exhaled loudly. "Well, I hope you're happy. Because that means I'm coming too. I can't be out done by a half wit." He said.

Solander cackled out mad, then tackled Xavier. He said as he started pecking him. "You no call me that!"

Xavier laughed dissipate the abuse and called out, "I'm sorry! I won't do it again, maybe!"

Lena looked at Charlotte and rolled her eyes. "I'm sorry, I forgot how strange they are. But they really are great friends. When their not fighting amongst themselves!" That last part she said very loudly.

Both crows froze in mid tussle and looked up at Lena and Charlotte. They stood up and smiled sheepishly. "Sorry, can I still come?" They said in unison.
