Xavier shrugged indifferently and went to the edge of the planters. "Alright, here goes nothing. 3, 2, 1! Engage!" Xavier said as he jumped up into the air.

Solander followed in a flutter of wings and was right on Xavier's tail. He trailed him for the first flyby, then veered off to flank the other side of the humans. Solander hovered in mid air and waited for Xavier. Solander looked back at the squirrels and smiled.

Xavier nodded at Solander before he exhaled a loud "Caw!" They both started hovering downward, clinching their claws open and closed. Solander jouned in on the "Caw!" As both humans looked up, they covered their faces and screamed. Xavier chuckled, "The Hitchcock, gets them everytime!"

Lena stood at the ready. "Okay, any moment now!" She said nervously.

Xavier waited until the humans got up to run for safety. He yelled, "Now!"

Lena took a deep breath and ran for the table. She climbed up on one of the chairs and jumped onto the top of the table. She looked around for danger, not seeing any, she preceeded. She ran over and grabbed one of the paper bags with her mouth. She then draggged it to the edge of the table and dropped it down on the floor. She then went back for the other one and did the same.

Lena jumped back to the chair and climbed down to the floor. She looked back at the crows and noticed that all eyes was on the birds. No one even notice the squirrels. She smiled sheepishly to herself.

Lena saw Charlotte and grabbed the bag and dragged it over to where she was. "That was exciting!" Lena said.

Xavier watched as Lena made it to the fountain. Then nodded to Solander to retreat into the mall in the opposite direction. He wasn't going to lead the humans to the squirrels. They'd rest up in the rafters until the commotion died down.
