Xavier passed one end of the wire to Charlotte on one side. He lifted his wings as brought the wire across his breast, then passed that end to her as well. "Twists the ends together, so you're strapped onto my back." He instructed her. Then waited until she said she was ready.

Lena sighed deeply and got on Solander's back. "Please don't do the free fall. Promise me, Solander." She pleaded.

Solander looked back at her and said, "I no do it. You my friend. We go down gently." He took off and did as he promised.

He then bowed down so that his head was below his feet on the wall. Then leaned off the ledge. Keeping his wings tight to his body they dropped like a bullet from the 50 story building.
